A national accountancy and business advisory group has expanded after merging with a prominent counterpart based in the West Midlands. TC Group has announced a merger with BSN Associates, in a deal that forms the new combined business TC BSN.
Post-transaction, TC BSN will continue to operate from the company’s office in Oldbury, with the deal retaining the firm’s local presence, while providing it with access to the national resources and wider support services offered by TC Group.
BSN Associates specialises in providing accountancy and advisory services to owner-managed businesses, corporate and personal clients across a number of sectors. The firm is one of just a handful of all-female-owned UK accountancy practices.
Following the merger, the companies have said that they would focus on expanding advisory services, while ensuring that continuity is maintained for existing clients.

BSN Associates added that the deal would enable the company “to achieve its growth ambitions and ensure the business is future fit for the changing business environment that impacts both BSN and our clients.”
TC Group, which is headquartered in East Sussex, provides clients across the UK with accountancy, tax and business advisory services. The firm has undertaken significant M&A activity over recent years and now operates from more than 60 offices nationwide.
In the year ending December 31 2024, TC Group Holdings Limited reported turnover of £24.1 million, up from £14.3 million a year earlier, while operating profit increased from £4.8 million to approximately £12.1 million.
