Real estate advisory firm SHW has announced a merger with an independent property consultancy operating across Kent and West Sussex. The integration with Karrison Property will be headed by SHW Director Thomas Tarn.
Karrison Property has a portfolio spanning retail, office and industrial properties, with a client base that includes commercial occupiers, high-net-worth individuals, pension funds and family-owned trusts. The company also works with specialist assets, such as a family-owned wine estate in Westerham.
The merger will see East Sussex-headquartered SHW take on responsibility for Karrison’s existing commercial leasing agency instructions across its portfolio. The deal will also give Karrison’s client base access to SHW’s full-service advisory offering, spanning professional services, building consultancy, property management and agency.
Russell Markham, Managing Partner at SHW, commented: “This latest alignment allows us to significantly expand our operations across Kent and West Sussex, taking on a strong, established agency portfolio while extending our wider advisory expertise to an expanded client base.”
The merger with Karrison Property continues a period of growth for SHW, following the firm’s recent expansion across Surrey through a new strategic partnership with Lambert Smith Hampton. The latest deal reflects the firm’s continued focus on securing regional growth across the South East of England.
Stiles Harold Williams Partnership LLP, trading as SHW, is an independent, full-service real estate advisory firm operating with a 200-strong team from ten offices across London and the South East.
