A pair of vacuum tanker manufacturers have merged as part of a plan aimed at driving long-term growth. Vallely Tankers, a subsidiary of CMR Utility Vehicles, has joined forces with VJ Engineering to form a combined business that will rebrand as Supervac.
Leeds-based Vallely Tankers has more than 40 years of experience designing, building and maintaining tankers for industries including oil and gas, waste and environmental management and construction.
Working with waste and environmental management companies across the UK and internationally, the firm designs bespoke, durable, low maintenance equipment used for a wide array of applications, in addition to providing repairs, maintenance and upgrade and refurbishment services.
Warwickshire-based VJ Engineering supplies non-hazardous and ADR tankers to a range of businesses. The company also provides, servicing, repairs, refurbishments and remounts, as well as a full inspection and certification offering.

A team from Pearson Solicitors and Financial Advisers, led by Keith Kennedy, also provided the company with advice, while DWF advised VJ Engineering.
