Two software firms based in Yorkshire have announced a merger that is described as a "disruption of the traditional development landscape". The merger of Vensis with Decodifi brings together deep software development industry expertise with specialist AI-led development.
Headquartered in Brough, Vensis designs and builds bespoke software used to transform complex, data-heavy processes. The company has worked with the likes of McCain Foods, Cranswick Country Foods, Serco, One Sub Sea and Kent County Council.
Leeds-based Decodifi has evolved into a specialist AI-focused developer, using AI-based tools to accelerate software build times and tackle labour-intensive tasks. The company’s proprietary tools can cut development cycles by as much as 80 per cent, enabling developers to deliver fully-coded, scalable products at a significantly faster rate.
