Barratt Developments, the UK-based residential construction group, is considering its options for Wilson Bowden Developments business.
It has been claimed that Barratt believes the business is non core, and that they have not as yet made a public announcement of a sale.
Online reports have said that Barratt has been approached several times recently regarding the future of Wilson Bowden Developments.
Barratt bought Wilson Bowden Developments, which is the commercial property section of Wilson Bowden, for £2.2bn in 2007.
A valuation for Wilson Bowden Developments, is not yet available.
