Bolton-based Proffitts of Great Lever Ltd, an established family furniture business, has fallen into administration after a century of trading.
The company, which sold contemporary home furnishings, is run by the fourth generation of the family who first started it.
Reduced trade has led to increasing financial pressure over the last year or so, according to administrators, who are looking to sell the company as a going concern.
Six of the firm's 12 staff have been made redundant as a result of the administration.
This business offers a lucrative opportunity in the rental of IT and AV equipment, serving an impressive client base of over 3,300 corporate customers across diverse sectors, including government departments and major sporting events.
This is an attractive opportunity to acquire a well-established RCVS registered veterinary practice in Southeast England, known for its excellent regional reputation and stable turnover.
This is an exceptional chance to acquire a reputable food manufacturing and packaging business in the Northeast of England, known for its collaborations with well-known national brands.
