Professional services group Begbies Traynor has finalised its second takeover this month with the purchase of the insolvency division of Walletts Chartered Certified Accountants.
The Manchester-based group snapped up the firm just days after its acquisition of business recovery and insolvency practitioners Hamiltons, which is located in Sheffield.
Begbies also took over Manchester firm Tomlinsons in June of this year, expanding its insolvency arm.
Ric Traynor, Begbies' executive chairman, said that the latest acquisition 'represented further progress in line with our long-term strategy to expand the group's core insolvency and restructuring business.'
The company offers SaaS that provides a solution for the management of booking and control procedures for fixed and non-fixed assets, including demonstration, loan, owned, leased and hire equipment.
