A specialist transport and logistics operator based in Peterlee has been acquired by French group Groupe DESLOG. NFS360 is a provider of value-add logistics and warehousing services that has been operating for more than 45 years.
The company operates from four strategically-located sites and employs more than 90 staff. The deal makes the company the first UK business to be acquired by Groupe DESLOG.
NFS360 Director and exiting shareholder Ian Lawson said: "The sale of NFS360 to Groupe DESLOG represents an exciting new chapter in the development of the business. It will help to accelerate its growth, develop the service offering, and support the team in delivering exceptional customer service."

Strategic advice was provided to NFS360’s shareholders by an advisory team from Evolve Corporate Finance, led by partner and co-founder Justin Sparks. The team helped the shareholders to identify and engage with UK and international strategic partners and negotiated the terms of the deal.
