Morson Group, a talent services specialist firm headquartered in Salford, has acquired a technology recruitment business as part of its plan to expand its service offering and strengthen its presence in the professional services and technology industries in the UK, US and EU.
The firm has acquired InterQuest Group UK and sister company Astraeus Consulting. InterQuest Group was founded in 2001 and focuses on technology, digital and data skills. The group has seen rapid growth in recent years under the leadership of Chief Executive Greg Coleshill, Chairman Gary Ashworth and other directors, capitalisaing on rising demand for specialised technology talent.
Morson Group Chief Executive Ged Mason said that the deal was a “significant milestone” in the group’s growth and added: "Integrating the strengths of both organisations, we aim to elevate our position as industry leaders in technology recruitment.”
