Belfast's Odyssey Pavilion has been put on the market with a price tag of £10 million.
Savills have been appointed to handle the sale of the leasehold on the landmark entertainment venue.
At the moment, the building houses a total of 15 units. This includes The Box nightclub, various cafes, restaurants and a 12-screen cinema. There is also a defunct IMAX cinema in the building.
The property is build on the former coalyard of Belfast Harbour. It was designed to be a millennium project for the city and was split into the Pavilion and the Odyssey Arena.
Odyssey Trust Company maintains head lessee status, while Belfast Harbour is still the ultimate owner. However, the sale of the leasehold will see a new owner take over the regular management of the building and its tenants.
Ben Turtle, director of Savills, told the Belfast Telegraph: “Our aim is to try and achieve the best price possible.
“One of the key things is to get the best partner for stakeholders and Odyssey Trust and Belfast Harbour. It's in everyone's best interests to get a partner who knows what they are doing. “
Mr Turtle added: “This is an excellent property, a destination and landmark leisure venue in Northern Ireland.:
