We are seeking a committed partner prepared to bring a high quality, appropriate development to Bromsgrove.”
Interested parties have already held discussions with the council, but a suitable developer was not found to the property, which has been formally marketed in a process that could take up to six months to conclude. It is hoped that high profile developers and investors will show an interest in buying up the property and inject new life into the town centre through the addition of a cinema or similar facility.
