The next auction from Heb is set to include a number of commercial properties for sale.
Among the lots on offer is a fully-let city centre office investment in Nottingham, located in Hounds Gate. The offices currently generate around £32,000 a year and are let on a five-year lease with on-site parking. A guide price of £275,000 is attached to this lot.
Meanwhile, in Derbyshire, Heb has been asked to sell The Green Man and Black's Head Royal Hotel in St John's Street. The historic hotel, bar, restaurant and conference facility has a guide price of £450,000-plus attached to it.
Heb partner and auctioneer Matt Hilton told the Nottingham Post: "With around £2 million of property on offer at this auction there are some very well-priced opportunities and I'm sure we will see some keen bidding on the day.
"We've found that people are becoming more confident about buying at auction and this is an excellent market place to grab a bargain, with no risk of being gazumped."
Mr Hilton added that an increasing number of commercial properties are being offered for sale at auction thanks to the fact that sellers are seeing the advantage of the "intense marketing period and the certain timescale with an unconditional sale, often to a cash buyer".
In a prime location, this freehold business opportunity includes a detached, well-equipped bakery factory along with a retail outlet and cafe, all part of a family business with a century of trading history.
Established in key industries like power generation and rail, this company offers specialised electrical and engineering services across the UK and Ireland, boasting strong relationships with blue-chip clients and a reliable income stream.
This well-established company has a decade-long track record in a growing market and is fully relocatable or can be operated remotely, providing flexibility for the new owner.
