J3 Business Park Doncaster has acquired a new area of commercial property with its acquisition of The Wright Business Park.
The Carr Hill site is comprised of 23 acres and currently occupied by a number of local and national businesses. These include Hallgarten Wine and Volkerail, a railway infrastructure contractor. A number of other big businesses, such as plumbing and heating manufacturer Peglers, are located close to the site.
A new financial agreement with Santander Corporate & Commercial funded the acquisition. Mick Graham, relationship director with the bank, commented: “I am pleased that we have been able to help fund this acquisition. The team at J3 have a good reputation and excellent track record and we are confident that they will make a success of this purchase.”
Alan Morris from J3 added: “This site has always had a strong occupier demand on varying lengths of leases. We intend to make some improvements and changes to enhance the attraction of the estate to occupiers.
"This part of Doncaster with its links to the motorway network and industrial cluster remains popular to occupiers and we feel that this will not only continue but demand will improve as the economy strengthens.”
