Two of Nottingham’s digital firms are to merge, forming a new agency with 37 employees and annual revenues of nearly £3 million.
Digital marketing agency Hallam Internet is to join forces with BigSpring, a web design and development agency.
Hallam said the move would reinforce its full-service digital marketing offering with a range of new digital services including mobile app development, user experience and graphic design.
The BigSpring client roster includes the BBC, Raleigh Bikes and Jägermeister. Hallam’s clients include the United Nations, The Money Shop and Experian.
The combined agency will keep the Hallam brand with Hallam founder and managing director Susan Hallam continuing to lead the business.
She said: “I am delighted to have reached an agreement with BigSpring. Our two companies have worked in partnership for several years now. BigSpring are highly regarded for their web development solutions and their exceptional customer service.
“Our common values and vision were recognised from day one, and it was only a matter of time before we made the commitment to join forces.”
The new agency is currently recruiting for four marketing professionals as part of an expansion programme.
