Just one week after securing fresh private equity backing, ASL Group has successfully completed the acquisition of Reprotec as its third acquisition in 18 months, and its tenth in 11 years.
ASL Group, which provides a number of managed print services, termed this acquisition as a strategic one to expand its nationally by taking over the Nottingham-based company’s reach in the East Midlands.
Reprotec, founded in 1981, is regarded as the largest independent supplier of office goods in the East Midlands. It provides a range of specialist document management solutions, serving companies both in the private and public sector.
In addition to this, it is known for being the largest supplier of colour photocopiers to educational institutions in the area.
Managing director of ASL Group, Mark Garius, said: “We are delighted to welcome Reprotec on board.
“They have established a fantastic reputation over the past 30 years for providing exceptional service to the public sector and commercial clients.
