Bluestones Group has completed its seventh brand acquisition of this calendar year with a deal for Lancashire-based legal recruitment firm Clayton Legal. Following the takeover, the company will continue to operate as a standalone business.
Clayton Legal has been operating for more than 20 years and has a diverse client base, spanning Legal 500, Top 200 and boutique law practices. The company recruits legal professionals at all levels and across a wide range of legal disciplines.

Bluestones Group was founded in 2014 and has since grown rapidly, including through M&A activity, and now has a portfolio of 24 recruitment and staffing services firms. The group primarily operates across an array of sectors in the UK but has recently expanded into New Zealand through an acquisition.
