Managed pub firm British Country Inns (BCI), which includes eight pubs, has been placed onto the market.
BCI has instructed property agent Christie & Co to track down prospective buyers for the firm, with the warning that the entire share capital of the company must be sold.

According to Christie & Co, the portfolio of eight pubs generated a net turnover of more than £3 million a year, with food making up more than 60 per cent of those sales. Three of the pubs also offer accommodation for guests.
Director & head of pubs & restaurants at Christie & Co, Neil Morgan, told Caterer Search, “The sale of British Country Inns represents a fantastic investment opportunity. The BCI estate features some delightful country inns that have benefited from considerable investment and are maintained to a very high standard.”
A concept which led to revolutionizing the restaurant industry, offering an efficient and profitable approach to food production and targeted marketing.
