Integrated safety and regulatory compliance services provider Compliance Group has acquired a fire protection company based in Northamptonshire. The acquisition of CT Fire Protection marks the third deal completed by Compliance Group so far in 2024.
Founded in 1995 by Curtis and Toni Waters, CT Fire Protection specialises in fire sprinkler systems and fire pumps, as well as fire hydrants, fire hose reels and dry and wet risers.
The firm is LPCB 1048 approved for all fire sprinkler works, including the design, installation and servicing of fire sprinkler systems and related equipment. Following the acquisition, the company will join Compliance Group’s fire division.
Commenting on the deal, co-founders Curtis and Toni Waters said: "Our customers, some of whom have been with us for over 25 years, will benefit from the investment in our business infrastructure and access to a wider array of compliance services."

The company joins Compliance Group’s other 2024 acquisitions, Fire Safe Services and Intersafe, as the group continues to build its portfolio of compliance solutions for customers across the fire, electrical and water industries.
