Founders Anthony Bradley and Matthew Flint have asked KPMG to seek a buyer for the business - which has over 70 employees - and it has already attracted the attention of numerous private equity firms.
Established in 1992 as a traditional travel agency, Directline Holidays has been solely online since 2001. Attracting over two million visitors each month, it is now one of the UK’s largest independent online travel agencies.
