Rosevale Letting, a leading Glasgow lettings agency, has acquired a number of letting properties from local competitor Ross Sales & Lettings, in a deal that significantly expands its portfolio of managed properties. The deal comes after Ross Sales & Lettings entered liquidation last month.
Riccardo Giovanacci (pictured above), Rosevale Letting’s Managing Director, described acquiring the properties from the liquidator "as the smart move to reinvest some of our profits in continuing to grow our portfolio”, adding that the new properties would expand the company’s strong existing presence in Glasgow.
He continued: “My priority now is to reassure our new landlord clients that we will ensure they receive a high-quality service and that their investments are in safe hands”.
Mr Giovanacci said that Rosevale Letting is continuing to see high demand in the Glasgow market and surging demand as soon as properties go on the market. He stated that the company has had “an excellent start to the year”, which he attributed to “a combination of external market factors and also our commitment to a service-led approach.”
He added that the firm “constantly invest in staff and training to our clients”, resulting in a growing number of landlords and tenants recommending its services.
“Landlords know the buck stops with me and like dealing with someone completely invested and hands-on," he said. “We want to continue improving on what we do and to continue to re-invest in growing the portfolio so that we can achieve our ambition to become one of Glasgow’s, and Scotland’s, larger letting agents”.
Mr Giovanacci formed Rosevale Letting five years ago, after acquiring the lettings business of specialist property factoring firm Newton Property Management.
