Wirral based labour recruitment company MMC Professional Services Limited has been bought out of administration by its management team after reaching a pre-pack deal earlier today.
Established in 2010, MMC Professional Services provides commercial contracts and management services to the temporary recruitment market, primarily offering labour related roles in construction.
The company, which employs eight staff members, was reported to have a turnover in excess of £6 million, however with mounting debt issues including an outstanding loan repayment to Bibby Financial Services Limited the company had been forced to call in administrators on the 7 July.
Dylan Audley Quail of Cooper Williamson was appointed administrator for the company, he commented that the business had suffered from a mixture of debt and the recessionary climate.
The pre-pack sale to the management team will mean that all the jobs at the company will be safe.
