Manchester-based digital marketing agency has acquired e-commerce and web systems development company Digitl, growing the team to 19 members strong.
Digitl, which specialises in the whole lifecycle of online retail from designing Magento e-commerce stores to its maintenance and expansion, was founded by Darren Ratcliffe in 2015 and has since worked closely with Six & Flow in the last three years.
“There are a lot of parallels between Six & Flow and Digitl having both started out at the same time. We’ve worked well together on projects in the past three years, share similar values and I admire the strong culture Six & Flow has built its reputation on,” said Ratcliffe.
Six & Flow is now looking to generate sales of £7.5 million by 2022, through growth and expansion plans in the UK, and through new clients in the US, UAE and in Europe. Founder of Six & Flow Richard Wood believes the market potential is great, citing a “positive first three years of business”.
“I strongly believe conversational commerce will transform how organisations will approach their marketing. By combining our marketing nous with Digitl’s technical team, the acquisition will allow us to deliver increasingly technical integrations, bigger development projects and more innovative services,” he added.
Ratcliffe concluded: “The deal is transformative for our time, clients and the future of the business,” saying that clients would have access to a wider range of marketing services as a result.
