Clearwater Business Park, located in south Warwickshire, has been put up for sale by its owners, the Clearwater Group.
The business park measures 6.7 acres and has three buildings on the site, one of which is the headquarters of the Clearwater Group. The site also has planning consent for the development of two more industrial and office units of 7,500 sq ft each.
Each building on the site has its own internal alarm system, while CCTV is set up across the site, along with infrared cameras and sensors.
Ground source and air source heat pumps, solar off-main drainage, water recovery and private waste management are implemented across the buildings on site. As a result, the buildings have previously been favoured by businesses seeking to improve their green credentials.
According to the group's managing director, Roger Allen, the decision to sell the business park came about as a result of changing work patterns within the company and a desire to grow the business.
He told the Stratford Herald: “All businesses evolve and as Clearwater and the services we provide have developed, we have found ourselves based out of our client’s premises right across the UK so the need for a larger unit has lessened.
“We see considerable growth in our commercial, industrial and residential operations, but the pattern of our work has changed.”
He added that the business park offers “a very good opportunity for a property or investment firm”.
The park is for sale for £2.35 million.
