Commercial lettings agents Sidney Phillips is to put 25 freehold pubs up for sale through auction.
The pubs, which are from a range of different companies including Punch Taverns, Enterprise Inns, Admiral and the Newcastle Pub Company, will be sold on 28 July.
The auction will be held at the Albright Hussey Manor Hotel in Shrewsbury, Shropshire at 2.30pm and Sidney Phillips is anticipating a high level of interest following a successful previous auction earlier this month which saw 17 pubs sold.
Amongst the freeholds up for sale include the Barrel & Shive in Willenhall, West Midlands, which has a guide price of £90,000, and the cottage-style Carpenters Arms in Bridgnorth, Shropshire, which has a guide price of £425,000.
Other pubs included in the auction are the Lifeboat Inn on Phoenix Street in Deeside, on the market for £135,000, and the New Inn, located at 30 High Street in Wrexham, which also has a price tag of £135,000. The latter comprises two bars within an attractive stone-built pub, plus a three-bedroom owner's home, garden and car parking.
All of the pubs being marketed for sale are currently closed.
