Mon, 08 Feb 2016 | MERGER
Two successful print firms in Yorkshire have undergone a merger to bring together their decades of experience.
Platinum Print and Harrogate Printing were both established in the 1980s and are due to come together to work from Platinum Print's existing premises at Hookstone Park.
Chief executive of Platinum Print, David Wyvill, commented on the merger: “Our companies have excellent reputations for providing quality print and, by bringing together over 58 years of experience, we will now have a much broader range of products to offer our existing and future clients.”
His views were echoed by managing director of Harrogate Printing, Colin Wilding, who added that by consolidating the firms' staff, equipment and skills, the company will push into the future as “one of the foremost providers of quality print in the North of England”.
All of the employees from each company are set to be retained by the new merged print company.
Both companies state a strong commitment to a top quality level of service, with a constant look-out for innovation and the best way to move forward with the printing industry.
