You will need a Business Plan and must demonstrate that the business is
viable and capable of a valuable exit strategy in the future for all
investors.
Equity finance is unlikely to attract the investment market however unless
you are prepared, and are able to put to best use, an initial subscription (i.e. cash not a loan)
