An estate agent based in Blackpool has been acquired by growing independent property firm Tiger Estates. Broomheads Estate Agents, which has been operating for 100 years, has been called one of the most recognisable estate agencies on the Fylde Coast.
The company, which serves local landlords and tenants in the area, has joined Tiger Property Estates & Management Limited in a strategic acquisition that came into effect on July 1 2025.
Following the acquisition, Tiger Estates now manages around 2,000 tenancies, with the combination of the two prominent companies said to have created a stronger, more comprehensive offering across Blackpool, Fleetwood, Lytham St Annes, Poulton-le-Fylde and the wider Lancashire region.
Tiger Estates Managing Director Craig Webster said: “This acquisition marks an exciting new chapter for Tiger Estates. By combining the strengths of both businesses, we can offer landlords and tenants an enhanced level of service, backed by experience, technology, and a dedicated team.”

Post-integration, clients will have access to a wider range of services, including property maintenance through Tiger Maintenance, property sales via Tiger Sales and online auction on the Webbmove platform. Properties will continue to be listed on all major property portals, while benefiting from a boosted social media presence as part of the wider group.
Clients of both companies have reportedly been assured that there will be a smooth transition process, with no disruption to either tenancy agreements or ongoing property management services.
