One of Nottingham’s most successful independent recruitment consultancies has been bought by a nationwide employment agency specialising in construction, civil engineering and industrial recruitment.
Elizabeth Michael Associates has been sold to Approach Personnel for an undisclosed seven-figure sum, with the deal supported by Fraser Brown Solicitors.
Established in 1991, Elizabeth Michael Associates provides recruitment services for both temporary and permanent placements in a variety of disciplines, ranging from accountancy, logistics, sales and business development.
Approach Personnel’s acquisition of the consultancy will ensure that the recruitment specialists will be able to offer a wider range of services as part of its portfolio.
Founder of Elizabeth Michael Associates, John Hyde, said: “For almost 30 years, I have always sought to emphasise the key values of honesty and integrity in professional dealings in business.
