The Artis Park industrial estate in Winsford, Cheshire has been put up for sale, with offers of over £21 million being sought for the site. The newly constructed, 6.7 acre park comprises 13 units with combined floor space of close to 124,500 sq ft.
The park’s current tenants include the British Red Cross, Toolstation, Gemco, City Plumbing Supplies and Screwfix. Units on the park were constructed in two stages, with ten completed by November 2020 and the final three completed in February 2022. In terms of size, the units run from 4,000 sq ft to around 26,600 sq ft.
The site is located on the Winsford Industrial Estate, the UK’s first Green Business Park and the first such estate to be named a Business Improvement District. The park is located within five miles of the M6 and approximately a mile from the town centre of Winsford.
Artis Park is being brought to market by B8 Real Estate on behalf of its current joint venture owners Maple Grove Developments and Kier Property Developments.
