The merger of two firms based in South Wales has created a complete portfolio of property and business finance services. Swansea-based Yumo Finance and Neath-based Prime Financial Services have announced a formal partnership to bring their business and property finance services under one roof.
The merger of the two companies, which both operate nationally, will deliver a full suite of financial services to property investors, commercial developers, home buyers/movers and businesses, backed by an expert team from both firms.
Following the merger, both companies will continue to operate under their existing brands with the merged business to be based near Swansea. Prime Financial Solutions and Mortgages will exclusively handle all property related services, providing expertise in homeowner mortgages and remortgages, bridging and commercial finance, buy-to-let arrangements and insurance.
Yumo Finance will operate as a sister brand to the company, continuing to focus on providing specialist financial solutions to business, including secured and unsecured loans, invoice and asset finance, VAT loans, merchant loan services, import and export finance and overdrafts.
The residential and commercial property finance teams will be led by Prime Financial Solutions and Mortgages Managing Director Gareth Morgan and Yumo Finance Director Mark Watts (pictured above, right) as joint partners.
