TC Group has continued to expand through strategic M&A after completing a merger with Kent-based accountancy firm Crossley Group. The acquisition brings three partners and more than 100 staff into the TC Group.
Crossley Group was established in Rochester, Medway in 1995 and is described by TC Group as being a “recognised and trusted” brand throughout the area. The company’s staff provide specialist services across an array of sectors, including lettings and commercial, property and third sector.
Following the merger, Crossley Group’s clients will now have access to the wide range of services provided by TC Group.
The deal continues a significant period of M&A activity for TC Group, which has completed mergers with firms in London, Stratford-upon-Avon, Essex,the Midlands and the East of England, helping it build a network that spans the UK.
