Nottingham-based Phenna Group has made its fourth acquisition of 2025 with the purchase of Calibre Environmental.
Phenna, invests in and partners with niche, independent testing, inspection, certification and compliance (TICC) companies across various sectors. “We are pleased to announce the acquisition of Calibre Environmental, marking our 4th acquisition in 2025 and augments our strong start to the year.
