More than 30 luxury holiday lodges at Belton Woods Hotel, Spa and Golf Resort in Lincolnshire have been brought to market. Real estate firm Avison Young, which has been appointed to sell the portfolio, is seeking offers in the region of £5 million.
The 32 lodges, formerly De Vere's and now part of the QHotels Collection, sit on the western edge of the spa and golf resort, with the entire freehold site extending to more than 27.9 acres.
The purpose-build lodges include a mixture of detached and semi-detached units, each sleeping between six and eight people, and are being brought to market on an unencumbered freehold basis.
The lodges comprise three distinct accommodation design configurations, with each providing all the amenities required for a holiday home and a two-floor layout that offers far-reaching southerly views.

Avison Young describes the lodges as being “in a beautiful setting overlooking the Woods golf course, close to Grantham in Lincolnshire, a historic market town nestled along the River Witham and on the East Coast Mainline, 23 miles south of Lincoln and 25 miles east of Nottingham, easily accessible from the A1.
