A hotel in North Wales, which caters for disabled people, has gone on the market.
The West Shore Hotel on West Parade in Llandudno has been put up for sale with an asking price of £575,000 with Fleurets. The hotel's owner, charity Livability, decided to put the property on the market.
A spokesperson from Livability explained: “Livability has taken the difficult decision to withdraw from the hotel industry and has therefore decided to offer the West Shore Hotel for sale as a going concern.
“Livability is pleased to have been able to support so many disabled people to enjoy a holiday in this specially adapted seafront location, and would like to thank its customers and staff for their continued interest and support.”
The charity provides care and support services in order to make it easier for disabled people to live independently.
The West Shore Hotel features 19 en-suite rooms with wheel-in showers and electric adjustable beds. There is also a dining room, bar and lounge.
