Europe Air Conditioning (EAC), a West Yorkshire-based heating and ventilation systems specialist, has been acquired by Climate Care Solutions (CCS) in a deal advised on by KBS Corporate.
EAC, which was founded in 2006 and is based in Bingley, designs, installs, repairs and maintains heating and ventilation systems. The company operates across the UK and has longstanding relationships with a number of clients across sectors such as leisure, education, healthcare, retail, construction and transport.
The company has now been acquired by Suffolk-based heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) group CCS. The transaction will see EAC join CCS’s East Anglian subsidiary firm Sapphire Cooling Systems.
In a statement, the buyer said that the deal further strengthens CCS’s position in the UK HVAC market, adding: "As the parent company of Sapphire Cooling Systems, Climate Care Solutions is committed to building a network of specialist businesses with shared values – technical excellence, customer focus and a drive for sustainable progress.”

CCS added that the partnership would provide opportunities for growth, collaboration and innovation, while preserving the individual strengths and identity of each business.
